After working for a number of significant architectural practices Jefa established Greenaway Lowe in 2003. The practice changed name to Greenaway Architects in 2010 where Jefa has sought to build upon its reputation as an innovative and professional practice.

Educated at Melbourne and Latrobe universities, Jefa was the recipient of the AIA National Emerging Architect Prize - The Dulux Study Tour (2011), the Inaugural Stormtech Scholarship to the Glenn Murcutt International Master Class (2011) and participants in the British Council's Accelerate Leadership Intensive (2012).

He is currently a Lecturer in Construction and a Studio Leader at the Melbourne School of Design and the Robin Boyd Foundation's Residential Summer Design Studio Intensive.

Cathy established Cadro Design in 1998, which became the genesis for Greenaway Architects and is a key Design Associate on all projects since the practice's inception. Cathy is involved in design and development of all projects in the office.

Educated in the University of Melbourne, Cathy honed her considerable skills with many established and prominent practices working on commercial, institutional and residential projects prior to joining Greenaway Architects. Many of the projects in which she has been principle designer have been awarded and published in newspapers and magazines including the Age, Herald Sun, Houses, Architecture Review and Belle.

Graduate Architect, MArch

After graduating from the University of Melbourne, Maya joined Greenaway Architects in 2013. Since then, she has participated in projects ranging from multi-unit development, heritage re-development, commercial fit-out to furniture and product design. She takes on different roles including project documentation, 3D modelling, planning submission and graphic design.
